Walking

The gym is available for walkers Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm when not in use by church or community groups. Contact the recreation director, church office or check the on-line calendar for availability.

Sports Opportunities

Church League Youth Basketball

FUMC participates in the Jackson City Recreation and Parks Church League Youth Basketball program.  The League has both  Middle School (6th - 8th grade) and High School (9th-12th grade) divisions for both girls and boys.

Registration begins in late October. Practices start in late November. The season begins in January and ends mid-March

Fee: $60.00 ($25.00 of this fee will be returned with a returned jersey.)

Men's Basketball

Monday's - 7:00-8:30 pm, FUMC men and friends meet weekly for some friendly "hoops" competition. (School year only)

Men's Church League Basketball

FUMC participates in League ball during the mid-winter months. This year league play begins in March and concludes the first week of April.
